Pet sympathy cards for veterinary clinics
Cards a clinic can send the same week: sympathy for the loss of a dog, a cat or any companion, cards written for families who chose euthanasia, and a welcome card for new clients. Every card here is 5 x 7, comes with an envelope and is sold in packs of six.

Choosing cards for your clinic
Most clinics keep a few designs on hand so the card fits the family.
- For any pet. “The love you share with a special pet remains in your heart forever.” Inside: “With sympathy at this time of loss.” (P5422)
- For a dog. “More than a pet, more than a companion, you’ve lost a special friend.” Inside: “With heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your dog.” (P9452)
- For a cat. “May this friend you’ve dearly loved be a memory you’ll always treasure.” Inside: “With heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your cat.” (P9471)
- After euthanasia. “Making the right decision for your beloved companion is a measure of the truest love of all.” Inside: “May you be comforted by many special memories of your pet.” (PR417)
- For a new client. “Welcome...” Inside: “Welcome to our furry family! We’re so excited to meet you and help keep your tail wagging with health and happiness.” (P102)
The wording in this group is plain and non-religious. Every product page shows the front and the inside in full, so you can read a card before you order it.
What is in a pack
Six 5 x 7 cards and six envelopes. The list price is $3.59 a card, and a wholesale account pays half of that. The artist is credited on each design.
Ordering for a clinic
A veterinary clinic can open a wholesale account: 50% off list prices, a $100 minimum on every order, and Net 30 invoicing for approved accounts after the first order. How wholesale works
Want your clinic’s name inside the cards? Ask about imprinting.
Questions clinics ask
Do you have cards written for euthanasia?
Yes. Several cards speak to the decision itself, such as “Making the right decision for your beloved companion is a measure of the truest love of all.” Open Pet Euthanasia Sympathy to read the full wording.
Are the messages religious?
No. The cards in this group use plain, non-religious wording. Cards with Scripture and blessings are in Faith and church celebrations.
Are there cards for a specific animal?
Yes. Some designs name a dog or a cat on the front or inside, and others are written for any pet. The wording on each product page tells you which.
What should we write inside?
Keep it short, use the pet’s name, and have the people who knew the animal sign it. See what to write in a pet sympathy card.
