These terms apply when you use ittakestwo.com or order from It Takes Two. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and your contact and shipping details current. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Our cards and artwork

Every card, painting and verse on this site is an original work owned by It Takes Two or its artists and writers. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt the artwork or verses. Colors on a screen can differ slightly from the printed card.

Orders and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. Most cards are sold in case packs, as shown on each product. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error and will tell you before we ship. An order is accepted when we confirm or ship it.

Payment

Orders are paid by card at checkout, or on invoice for wholesale accounts with approved terms.

Shipping

Cards are printed and fulfilled in-house. Stock cases usually ship in 2 to 3 business days. Imprinted orders usually ship in 5 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Carrier delivery times are estimates.

If something is wrong

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, contact us promptly and we will make it right. Imprinted cards are made to order: please check your proof carefully, because an approved proof is printed as approved.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
