Wholesale agreement

This agreement applies to wholesale accounts with It Takes Two. Opening or using a wholesale account means you accept it, together with our Terms and Privacy policy.

Who can open an account

Wholesale accounts are for businesses and organizations that buy cards for resale or for professional use, such as shops, veterinary clinics, churches, hospice and care teams. We review each application and may ask for a resale or tax-exemption certificate. Sales tax is charged unless a valid exemption is on file.

Prices and case packs

Wholesale prices are shown after you sign in and are for your account only. Cards are sold in case packs as shown on each product. Prices can change; the price shown when you place an order applies to that order.

Opening order

A minimum applies to the first order on a new account. The current amount is shown on your quick order sheet.

Payment terms

The first order is paid by card. After that, approved accounts may order on invoice with Net 30 terms. An account with a past-due balance may be placed on hold, and new orders may then need payment in advance.

Imprinting

Your name, logo and message can be printed inside the cards. We send a proof before printing. Please check it carefully: an approved proof is printed as approved.

Shipping and problems with an order

Cards are printed and fulfilled in-house and shipping is added to your order. If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect or short, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

Artwork

You may sell the cards you buy from us. The artwork and verses remain the property of It Takes Two and its artists and writers and may not be copied or reproduced.

Changes and closing an account

You may close your account at any time. We may update this agreement or close an account that does not follow it. The date above shows the latest version.
