Does it takes two offer various styles in greeting cards, gifts, and scrapbooking?
Yes! We are best known for our original, classic style of colorful torn-paper art by Georgia Rettmer and thoughtful, original verse by Kimberly Rinehart. However, we have been blessed through the years to add the wonderful and varied work of a number of artists to our lines.

What is the retail price of your cards?

Depending on size and embellishments, our cards retail between $1.25 and $3.25.

Does it takes two have a return policy?

We do not have a blanket return policy. But it is very important to us that our customers are happy, so if a design is not selling at all for you, we will do our best to resolve the problem. Most likely this would involve a credit for those cards. We offer programs and specials to our retailers throughout the year that are often guaranteed.

What do I do if my order arrives and something is damaged?
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, call us and we will issue a call tag to pick up the damaged cards and reship your order.

Does it takes two carry Holiday cards (i.e. Christmas, Valentines Day. etc.)?
Yes! In addition to our everyday cards, we offer many choices for special holidays and celebrations throughout the year.

Are your products made in the United States??

Do it takes two cards come with occasion header cards?

Yes, included with each package of cards is a header card printed with the occasion that particular design falls under (i.e. Birthday, Friendship, Get Well, etc.). This occasion header can be displayed either behind the cards to show at the top or can be folded to display at the bottom.

Are your greeting cards made in the United States?
Yes, we are proud to say that all products designed and printed by it takes two are manufactured here in the USA.

Do you print on recycled paper?
Yes, we have been printing on recycled paper long before it was recognized as important in the greeting card industry.  Our cards are Green Seal certified.  We print on paper made with 100% renewable energy and made with a minimum of 30% post-consumer waste. We also have begun using 100% recyclable cello for packaging.

Ordering Questions

How do I place an order?

You have several options:

1. You can work with a sales representative if we have one in your area. Call or email for a name and telephone number of someone near you.
2. You can place your order online on our secure site.
3. You can call our office and someone of our customer service team will be happy to help you (800-331-9843 or locally 507-665-6271).
4. You can request a catalog (4info@ittakestwo.com) with order form included.  If you choose to request a catalog and put the order together yourself, you can then fax it in (507-665-3473) or mail it to it takes two, inc., 100 Minnesota Avenue, Le Sueur, MN  56058

Once I place an order, how long before it arrives?
That depends on your shipping address. We are located in Le Sueur, Minnesota. Orders almost always ship a day or two after we receive them, so a customer usually receives their order within a week of our receiving it.

How are orders shipped?
Since we receive the best shipping rates from Federal Express, we always use them as our first choice. If there is a reason you prefer another method, please let us know. If we are shipping to Alaska or Canada, we usually ship USPS.

Is there a minimum order and reorder amount?
Our minimum opening order is just $100.00, and our minimum reorder is $50.00.

What is a "Bestseller Order?"
We will be happy to choose best selling card designs or gift products for you based on the size of the order you wish to place. This option has proven to be very popular for busy store owners who are comfortable letting us help in this way!

Can I order on your site?
Yes!  It is safe and secure.  Please let us know if you have any questions or problems.

How do I pay for an order?
To expedite your first order, we suggest prepayment by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Once you have ordered with us, we’ll be happy to set up Net 30 terms. We will need at least three business references along with bank account information (account number and name and telephone number of contact person we can speak with at the bank).

Can I work with a sales rep?
Yes, we love it when you work with one of our wonderful sales reps! Unfortunately, there are some parts of the country where we do not have representation. In that case, please call us and we can help you put together an order over the phone. You can reach us by calling 800-331-9843 during regular business hours Monday through Friday (CST).

Can I place an order WITHOUT using a sales rep?
Yes.  We know that some buyers prefer ordering on their own rather than working with a sales person. It's completely up to you.

Display Questions

Do I have to order a display when I order?
No, you can order our greeting cards with or without a display.

What type and size of displays do you offer?
We sell a variety of sizes and types of displays. Specific details on prices and sizes can be found in our Display Options section or on the order form found in our catalog.

Do I have to pay for a display or is it free?
If you order a filled display, it is offset with free product but you will be billed for freight.

Does the display come with a header?

Yes, when you order a display, you get a full-color header that attaches to the top of the display. If you are not ordering a display from us, but would still like a display sign, just let us know.
